This Website is owned and operated by Fintech Blue Solutions Private Limited (“Turtlefin/Our/Us/We”), a company incorporated under Companies Act 2013 with its registered office at The ORB - Sahar, 4 and 4A 1st Floor, A Wing, Marol Village, Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400099. Turtlefin is an insurance technology (Insurtech) company where Our products help insurance intermediaries to digitise insurance sales and services making sure that the end consumer gets a modern experience (“Services”).

Scope of the T&C

These T&C will govern Your use of the Website and all applications, software, and services available via the Website, except to the extent that such Services are the subject of a separate agreement. Specific terms or agreements may apply to the use of certain Services and other items provided to You via the Website ("Service Agreement(s)"). Any such Service Agreements will supersede over these T&C.

These T&C, along with the ‘Privacy Policy’, available here at https://www.turtlefin.com/privacy-policy which constitutes an integral part of these T&C. These ‘T&C’, ‘Privacy Policy’ and any such applicable policies constitute an electronic record in the form of an electronic contract under the Information Technology Act, 2000 as amended and the relevant rules made thereunder as applicable, and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes under applicable Indian laws and does not require physical signature or seal.

Termination

Compliance with law including export control

You agree to use the Website in strict compliance with all applicable laws, rulings, and regulations and in a way that does not, in the sole judgment of Turtlefin, negatively reflect on the goodwill or reputation of Turtlefin and You shall take no action which might cause Turtlefin to breach any laws, rulings or regulations applicable to Turtlefin.

We, and Our Website are based in India and You agree to comply with all applicable restrictions and not to export or re-export the Content (including any software or the Services) to countries or persons prohibited under the applicable laws of India or other applicable export control laws or regulations. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

To the fullest extent permitted by law, these T&C are governed by the internal laws of India and courts in Mumbai, India will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Grievance Redressal

If You have any grievances or any concerns which You may have with respect to the information shared by You with Us hereunder, may be directed by You to the customer support of Turtlefin. You may contact Our customer support officer Mr. Manoj Pandey by sending an email to grievance@turtlefin.com.

Your complaint shall be acknowledged within 24 hours and disposed of within 15 days from the date of receipt of complaint. If Your complaint pertains to any material which exposes the private area, shows full nudity, depicts sexual act or is in nature of impersonation and/or pornography, the complaint shall be resolved within 24 hours from the receipt of complaint.

General

You may not assign these T&C or any of Your interests, rights, or obligations under these T&C. If any provision of these T&C shall be found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these T&C, which shall remain in full force and effect. You may preserve these T&C in written form by printing them for Your records.
